ATLAS PRO does not charge a tour fee.

We have our own transport, which is completely free within the locality where the tour will take place. For a transfer or property location that exceeds 50 km, only the price of the fuel used is paid.

We offer remote/online/property tour via Skype, Viber or Whats App.

All you need is a computer or smartphone with a video communication app installed. The tour usually takes about 10-15 minutes, with the broker showing you the property in its entirety. During the tour, you could direct the camera depending on the details you are interested in. We have the necessary equipment to ensure a high quality video image and a reliable connection.

COMMISSION

Commission fee is negotiable, for some properties there is no commission for the buyer.

The state costs of the transaction (local tax, notary fees and fee to the Registration Agency), which (tax and fees) total about 3% of the value of the property.

The documentation of the transaction is carried out by US free of charge, unless you express a desire to use your own lawyers.

In order to stop the sale of a property you are interested in, you will need to transfer to the bank account of our company a STOP/DEPOSIT for the purchase and sale of the property. We will offer you the possible options for buying a property and our view on this matter, but the decision is yours and we comply with it.
