During the covid lockdowns in Belgium, the idea arose to look out for a holiday house in a warmer climate. We met with two brokers Martin & Matilda (who were recomended by mutual friends we knew in Bulgaria) just outside of the city of Varna and they spent their whole day driving us around to show different properties they had to offer. We rapidly discovered that they were not directly trying to sell us a property, but they wanted us to discover their beautiful country, of which they're so proud.
