During the covid lockdowns in Belgium, the idea arose to look out for a holiday house in a warmer climate. We met with two brokers Martin & Matilda (who were recomended by mutual friends we knew in Bulgaria) just outside of the city of Varna and they spent their whole day driving us around to show different properties they had to offer. We rapidly discovered that they were not directly trying to sell us a property, but they wanted us to discover their beautiful country, of which they're so proud. Besides showing us the properties, they explained the situation of every property and helped us in looking at the potential of each house. Finally, we found a property that met our budget, had the potential and the location we were looking for. Everything, till the last details was explained to us: no hidden costs that were billed afterwards, the whole deal was crystal clear!

Martin speaks very good English, which is a plus because the Bulgarian language is not that easy to learn and understand. Matilda makes sure that all the necessary papers are in order. So they are a very good team. Very flexible and try to make it as pleasant as possible for their clients during the search for their dream home. And they found us our dream home. You can also count on their help after the purchase. We are very satisfied customers.
